We
are based in Mandi Gobindgarh, Fatehgarh Sahib (Punjab),
India, with world class infrastructural facilities. Our
manufacturing location gives us a strategic benefit as 'Mandi
Gobindgarh is known as steel town of India/Asia, as it
supports 250 steel rolling mills and 25% re-rolling capacity
of India. Most of the infrastructural facilities such as -
foundry steel casting units and the most important factor
skilled labour is available in abundance at this place.
The manufacturing
unit is equipped with all the latest tools and equipment to
satisfy different needs of our most demanding industrial
customers. We have our own advanced design department, which
can incorporate different customer's specifications while
designing a plant.
The
Design department is equipped with latest computers and
softwares like CAD to support superior designing and
manufacturing. We have a well equipped drawing section, where
highly experienced engineers take care of upto the minute
details of the drawing to ensure defect free manufacturing.
Each component is manufactured exactly as per the drawings.
We have installed
imported and indigenously developed superior quality machines
for smooth functioning of our different manufacturing
processes. These machines include - floor machines, gear
hobbing machines, gear shapers, heavy-duty planners and
planomillers, besides a number of lathe machines and shaping
machines. Latest welding machines, profile cutting machines,
grinders and other tools and tackles, and a well equipped
painting shop are used for the manufacturing process. We have
further plans to add additional imported machinery for better
production quality and expansion plans.
This
well equipped manufacturing facility is supervised by a team
of Technical Directors, who further have four supervisors
working under them to look into operations of the company on a
permanent basis. All the basic facilities of testing and
inspection are available with Shri Salasar Engg. Works and
utmost care is taken with quality of material and its
different processes.
